Puzzle and Goal
An unsolved puzzle consists of a square grid. In some cells are "planets" that have certain portions illuminated; this is generally indicated by a circle with certain sides yellow or white.
The goal is to place one "star" and one "cloud" in each rank to satisfy the clues.
The solved grid must satisfy the following conditions:
If a particular semicircle is illuminated, there must be a star in that rank to light it.
Clouds block starlight.
